Sometimes you change your mind. That's okay!

You can return posters, unopened photo frames and unworn socks, as well as the rest of the products, within 30 days of receipt.

Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, e.g. b worn socks. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.

Exchange
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you will purchase the new item separately. Please contact us in advance by email to info@animus-medicus.de.

Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that the return shipping costs must be borne by you.

Damage and Problems
If you have a problem with your order or if the products you received are damaged/defective, contact us. You may be eligible for a reshipment or store credit.

Follow the instructions in the "How to make a return" section below and send us a photo of the products that are not OK.

How can I make a return?
It's very simple! Send us an email to info@animus-medicus.de. Vergdo not include:

• Your name and address
• Your order number
• The products and quantity you want to return
• The reason for the return
• If necessary, a photo

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods or has.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact us, Animus Medicus GmbH, Johanna-Dachs-Str. 34, 93055 Regensburg, Germany, info@animus-medicus.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g.b an email) informing you of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will pay you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs, resulting from you choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) must be repaid immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
