Return policy

 

Sometimes you change your mind. That's okay!

You can return posters, unopened picture frames, and other products within 30 days of receipt.

Returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, such as worn socks. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

LIMITED Editions are also non-refundable.

Important: 
A1 frames with mounts are non-returnable because they are custom-made for each order.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you will purchase the new item separately. Please contact us in advance by email at info@animus-medicus.com.

Refunds:
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damage and problems:
If you have a problem with your order or if the products you received are damaged/defective, please contact us. You may be entitled to a resend or credit.

Follow the instructions in the "How do I make a return" section below and send us a photo of the defective products.

How do I make a return?
It's easy! Send us an email to info@animus-medicus.com. Don't forget to include the following:

  • Your name and address
  • Your order number
  • The products and quantity you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • If necessary, a photo

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be thirty days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last good.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Animus Medicus GmbH, Elisenstraße 13, 09111 Chemnitz, Germany, info@animus-medicus.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. an e-mail). You can use the attached withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for the refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You generally bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their quality, properties, and functioning.
