Returns: Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your decision. If, contrary to expectations, a product doesn't meet your standards, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. We want to make the process as simple and fair as possible for you.
Conditions: Items must be in new condition and ideally in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened frames or worn textiles for hygiene and quality reasons.
Special items: Please note that heavily discounted items from the "Sale"-section, gift cards, and custom-made products (e.g., custom-made items such as A1 frames with PP) are excluded from exchange.
Return shipping costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. This allows us to keep our product prices fair for everyone, with no hidden return surcharges.

If your order is damaged or faulty, this does not apply!
In this case, please contact us immediately with a photo of the problem at info@animus-medicus.com. We will arrange a replacement promptly and at no cost to you.

Get instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with all the next steps and the return address.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will immediately refund the purchase amount to your original payment method.

I already have the poster in a large, colorful version. It hangs in my acupuncture practice. Patients can look at it during treatment, which they love to do. Now I'm hanging the small one next to it with the labels of the brain structures. Big impact, especially the big one, at a small price!
I really like the poster. It matches the pictures in the shop exactly and has a stylish, subtle vintage look. The paper quality is pleasantly sturdy and not too thin. I'm a medical student myself, and even though it's more of a decorative item, it somehow helps me keep my brain in mind. A nice blend of study aid and wall decor, I highly recommend it.

Der Druck ist super. Auf der Rückseite waren auch nur Barcodes, aber wenn Materialien nochmal ein zweites Leben bekommen ist das für mich vollkommen okay. Ich möchte ja auch die Vorderseute Anschein und nicht die Rückseite ;). Die Qualität des Drucks hat es auf jeden Fall nicht beeinträchtigt.
The print is great. The back only had barcodes, but if materials get a second life, that's perfectly fine with me. I want the front side to be visible, not the back ;). It certainly didn't affect the quality of the print.
Drück ist schön! Allerdings bin ich von dem Papier enttäuscht. Irgendein glänzender Karton aus der Resterampe (die Rückseite ist voller Barcodes). Ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass es auf "Retro-Papier" gedruckt ist. Bin Insgesamt etwas enttäuscht und noch nicht sicher, ob das Bild einen Platz in meiner Wohnung finden wird.
The print is beautiful! However, I'm disappointed with the paper. It's some shiny cardboard from the bargain basement (the back is covered in barcodes). I assumed it was printed on "retro paper." Overall, I'm a bit disappointed and not sure if the print will find a place in my apartment.

Our posters initially come unframed. However, we offer matching premium frames. My tip: Our images only reveal their full magic when framed.
